Kings Development, Inc. are specialists in custom luxury hames and they take pride in their professionalism, integrity and dependability. Previously a civil engineer who specialized in bridge construction, Kings Development Inc.'s Moe Moheb moved to Atlanta in 1994 and became a partner with Sun Builders, building luxury homes in the Atlanta metro area. While with Sun Builders, Moe worked on well known subdivisions such as Seven Oaks, St. Marlo, Sugar Mill, Crooked Creek and Cash Farms. At Sun Builders, Moe worked closely with Alex Arabian, an expert in remodeling homes and their friendship led to the creation of Expert Builders, Inc. which evolved into Kings Development, Inc. which includes Moe's son, Bob Moheb.

Our Clients
